Spicy Salmon salad

The hero in this dish is smoked salmon and green apple which full of vitamin D.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Putt the garlic with dried red pepper I like it more in pestle smash them add the the dried shrimp if you like.

* Step 2

Cut the green apple to small piceses add them in the pestle.

* Step 3

Add some cherry tomatoes to the pestle then add lemon juice, soya sauce and brown suger.

* Step 4

Add the mix to the plate serve the salmon on the top like in the pictures with vegetables.

Add some cashew nut and dried shrimp if you like for decoration.
