Bacon & Swiss Quiche (gluten-free)
Can substitute regular baking mix for the gluten-free cup for cup. Can substitute any milk you like cup for cup.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease pie plate.
* Step 2
Sprinkle bacon & cheese in bottom of pie plate. Whisk remaining ingredients together for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate.
* Step 3
Bake until golden brown, about 50-55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
