Biscuit Topped Burgers

Biscuit Topped Burgers

Ingredient

ground beef

1/2 cup

soy milk

1

egg

1/2 tsp

onion powder

1 1/4 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

pepper

1/4 tsp

dry mustard

1/4 tsp

ground sage

1/4 tsp

celery salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

* Step 2

Mix ground beef, crumbs, soy milk, worcestershire sauce, egg, & seasonings. Shape into eight 3" patties. Place in ungreased 13x9x2 baking dish. Bake until done about 25 minutes; drain.

* Step 3

Top each patty with 1 tbsp barbecue sauce.

* Step 4

Increase oven temperature to 450°F.

* Step 5

Put a biscuit on each patty. Bake until biscuits are golden brown, about 10 min. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
