Only 10mins fermentation! Easy and quick pizza dough🍕
Not mush techniques are needed! Only the tip is to adjust the amount of water depends on the softness of the dough. Basically, just mix all the ingredients, leave it for 10mins under a warm place and ready to do toppings to start baking!

3 round shape pizzas (around 24cm diameter)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put all the ingredients except for water in a bowl. Keep the fry yeast and salt apart because salt can retard yeast growth.
* Step 2
Add water little by little and mix with a spatula.
* Step 3
When the power is all gone, place the dough on a cutting board. Knead it for few minutes.
* Step 4
Divide into 3 equal parts, place them on a cutting board and cover with a cling wrap to avoid getting dry. Leave it in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
* Step 5
Prepare sauce and toppings while fermenting.
* Step 6
Place the dough on the oven baking sheet and make a round shape.
* Step 7
Apply sauce and toppings. Bake each pizza in a preheated oven(230 degrees) for 10-12 minutes.
* Step 8
These are the 3 pizzas with all different sauce and toppings !
