Mango flavour sponge dhokla

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1.5 cup

gram flour

1/2 cup

mango puree

1 cup

curd

to taste

Salt

1 tsp

hing

2 cup

water

5 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add gram flour,salt and mix then add curd and mix well to avoid lumps then add mango puree and mix well then add 2 tsp fruit salt and pour 1/2 cup water and mix immediatly till it double in volume and steam it for 15-20 min at medium flame.

* Step 2

For tempering heat oil in pan add curry leaves,mustard seed,onion seed,hing and then add 1cup water then add salt to taste,sugar and lemon juice and cook for 5 min then let it cool and Then pour this on prepared dhokla and garnish with fresgh coconut and fresh coariander.
