Spinach artichoke dip instant pot ip

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Turn on instant pot saute high setting. When pot reads hot add butter.

* Step 2

When butter has melted add onion and cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Then add in garlic and cook for 2 minutes again stirring occasionally.

* Step 3

Add in chicken broth and stir scaping the bottom to remove any bits.

* Step 4

Add in artichokes and crushed red pepper then give a quick stir.

* Step 5

Add in spinach. Do not stir.

* Step 6

Add cream cheese on top. Do not stir.

* Step 7

Seal instant pot and cook high pressure for 5 minutes. When timer sounds quick release the pressure. Remove lid.

* Step 8

Stir untill cream cheese has melted. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise.

* Step 9

Stir in parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese untill melted.

* Step 10

Stir in bacon bits.

* Step 11

Mixture will thicken as it stands.

* Step 12
