Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook protein, drain fat if necessary, add taco seasoning- stir to combine.

* Step 2

In a large stock pot combine remaining ingredients- do not drain anything! Besides rinsing the black beans - After that is complete combine & stir in cooked & seasoned meat.

* Step 3

Cook on medium heat for about 5-8 minutes until everything is nice & hot.

* Step 4

Enjoy plain or top with shredded cheese, sour cream/green yogurt, & crushed tortilla chips.
