Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry up the crushed garlic and chicken. Add spices to taste
* Step 2
Prepare the onion, peppers, cheese and noodles
* Step 3
Mix up with the chicken and roast the peppers for 10 mins. Drizzle a little olive oil on them
* Step 5
Roast on a high heat for 20 mins
* Step 6
Serve with baby spinach leaves
