Leek and Potato Soup

Do you want something hearty without clams or shrimp? Have potatoes and leeks. You won't forget it ! The leeks gives the soups that bite with the radishes with a small kick from the peppers. Here walks in the sweetness from the parsnips !

Ingredient

Dill weed :

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First thing first you already know chop your aromatics. Let them all dance in the pot. To give them time to merry together.

Add your peppers and than the leeks. Let them sauté for a minute and than add ur creme.

While that is simmering add your parsnips for sweetness, radish for spice and potatoes because they are the start

Add seasoning because what is food without flavor

Once potatoes are soften and it is seasoned to your liking grab a 🥣. You can either leave it thin or blend half to make it thick. Choice is yours I added some squash seeds from the first soup I made to give it some crunch.
