Leek and Potato Soup
Do you want something hearty without clams or shrimp? Have potatoes and leeks. You won't forget it ! The leeks gives the soups that bite with the radishes with a small kick from the peppers. Here walks in the sweetness from the parsnips !

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First thing first you already know chop your aromatics. Let them all dance in the pot. To give them time to merry together.
* Step 2
Add your peppers and than the leeks. Let them sauté for a minute and than add ur creme.
* Step 3
While that is simmering add your parsnips for sweetness, radish for spice and potatoes because they are the start
* Step 4
Add seasoning because what is food without flavor
* Step 5
Once potatoes are soften and it is seasoned to your liking grab a 🥣. You can either leave it thin or blend half to make it thick. Choice is yours
I added some squash seeds from the first soup I made to give it some crunch.
