Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mashed tofu until thoroughly,add eggs mixture. Add powder sugar,salt,milk and vanilla extract mix well.
* Step 2
Add cake flour,glutinous rice flour and baking powder mixture until dough.Rest 20 minutes.
* Step 3
Cut the dough 16 pieces.long roll and cut 8 pieces.
* Step 4
Rolling the donut into the balls.
* Step 5
Fried until golden brown. Rest cool down.
* Step 6
In the bowl add icing sugar,whole milk,food coloring and vanilla extract mixture.dip one side the donuts into glaze and serve within a few hours.
