Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take a bowl add oats powder and suji mix it well add curd mix it gently and keep it rest for 15 mins
* Step 2
After 15 mins in add chopped onion,grated carrot,chopped bell peppers,hara dhania mix it well and keep aside for 15 mins
* Step 3
Now take a bread cut in to round shape and spread oats batter in it spread white til and roast on grill pan orh nonstick pan add some butter or oil while roasting and serve it
