Acorn Squash with Wild Rice and Raisins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place on cookie sheet, cover squash with foil, bake for approximately 40 minutes or until squash soup tender. Take foil off, bake another 10 minutes. When done, place cookie sheet on wire rack so the squash can rest about five minutes. I will post better photos, they are on my desk computer. This photo does not do this dish justice. Sometimes I add mushrooms, bell peppers, I don't use recipes, I make whatever sounds good. This is easy, healthy delicious. I often fix vegetarian meals.
