Healthy one-pan garlic tofu noodles

Healthy one-pan garlic tofu noodles

I was playing around with the leftover tofu I had in the fridge and ended up with a very tasty noodle dish.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

10 minutes
50 g

tofu

1 tbsp

Olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, you blend the tofu with some of the tofu water in a blender till it turns into a smooth paste.

* Step 2

Then you mince the garlic or use a garlic mincer.

* Step 3

You chop up the onion into thin slices.

* Step 4

Then you stir-fry the onion and garlic in one tablespoon of olive oil.

* Step 5

You add the blended tofu, tomato sauce, water and rice noodles into the pan.

* Step 6

Let it simmer for a few minutes then sprinkle in the salt, black pepper and basil then you cook the noodles to your liking and voilà.
