My family loves these.... i usually just make a pineapple cream cheese spread instrad of a ball..
Ingredient

1/4 tsp
season salt
1/4 cup
green bell pepper
1/2 can
crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp
garlic powder
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
softened the cream cheese by setting out or microwaving for 15-20 seconds in the microwave...
* Step 2
put a 1/2 can of crushed pineapple in a colander and squeeze out juice and allow to drain...
* Step 3
mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl... I put on a disposable glove and mix by hand until it is all mixed together... it is very messy... but I find this is the best method for me...
* Step 4
some ppl form it into a ball and roll it in pecan pieces.... again my family likes it as a spread...
