Cooking instructions

* Step 1

saute onion, celery, garlic, and bell pepper.

* Step 2

add tomato products and water..

* Step 3

add s&p and old bays seasoning...

* Step 4

allow to get hot... turn down to Med/ low and cook for 45 minutes.

* Step 5

add crawfish and allow to cook for 30 more minutes..

* Step 6

serve over rice...

* Step 7

review said that tomato made it seem acidic .... add about 1 Tbsp of sugar to cut this.... taste ....add 1/2 tsp after that until u get the taste u want..... does not make sweet but it does cut through the tomato taste
