Rainbow Popcorn

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oven to 300°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking foil pan with foil or waxed paper and spray with cooking spray.

* Step 2

Place popcorn in large bowl.

* Step 3

Heat butter and syrup in small saucepan on low heat. Stir in sugar and gelatin and bing to boil ob medium heat.

* Step 4

Reduce to low; gently simmer for 5 minutes.

* Step 5

Immediately pour syrup over popcorn, tossing to coat well.

* Step 6

Spread popcorn in prepared pan, using 2 forks to spread evenly. Bake 10 minutes.

* Step 7

Cool and remove from pan. Break into small pieces and enjoy!
