pudin de arroz (rice pudding )

great any time of the day.. I added ground cinnamon to the top and put em in individual containers to send to lunch for my hubbs....

Ingredient

2 cup

water

2 cup

rice

4 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

put cinnamon stick and water in pot and boil to release cinnamon flavor and color.

* Step 2

add rice and milk and slowly bring to a boil stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

* Step 3

when rice starts to split add sugar and allow to boil an addition 5 minutes.

* Step 4

let sit in pan to cool a bit then pour into individual dishes or a large dish and cover and place in refridgerater until set and firm...
