One-pan Napolitan Spaghetti

I created this recipe from the days when I worked at a a cafeteria. The flavor varies depending on how thick the pasta is and how well you drain the water. Adjust the flavor by varying the amount of ketchup.

Ingredient

Onion

7 tbsp

Ketchup

1 pinch

Sugar

10 grams

Butter

1 dash

Pepper

300 grams

Pasta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water in a deep pan. Add salt, and cook the pasta.

While cooking the pasta, prepare the ingredients.

Drain the pasta, add the butter to the same pan, and stir-fry the ingredients.

When they are soft and wilted, add the seasonings and the pasta, then toss quickly.
