Open chilli dimsum

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead a dough of flour with mixing salt, chilli flakes, oil using water
* Step 2
For stuffing in a pan take oil
* Step 3
Add garlic, ginger and red chilli chopped
* Step 4
Now add all the veggies chopped
* Step 5
Add salt, chilli flakes and cook
* Step 6
Bring stuffing to room temp.
* Step 7
Roll out thin chapatis of dough
* Step 8
Stuff the mixture we prepared
* Step 9
Give a desired shape of dimsum
* Step 10
Steam in a steamer for 10-12 mins on medium flame
* Step 11
Serve hot with mayonnaise or chilli tomato chutney
