Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First make a batter with oats powder,semolina,curd,water salt.keep aside to rest for few minutes
* Step 2
Take a pan.add oil,add mustard seed till they splutter.add red chilli,curry leaves,onion, chopped tomatoes,and cook for a minute.
* Step 3
Add chopped beetroot and coriander leaves.mix well
* Step 4
Top Add all the vegetables and moong sprouts and mix well
* Step 5
Add a tsp of salt,red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala
* Step 6
Add the cooked mixture in batter.adf a sachet of eno and mix well
* Step 7
Take silicon muffins mould.Add some filling at the base.top it up with the batter and microwave for 3 mins
* Step 8
Yummy protein muffins are ready to be served,garnish with Coriander leaves and grated cheese
