Homemade Tortilla

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,all-purpose flour, parsley,salt,red chilli powder mix it well and knead into a soft dough using enough water. Keep aside for 15 to 20 min.
* Step 2
Knead again using remaining ½ tbsp of oil and little water till the dough is smooth and elastic. Now take the dough make lemon size balls from it. Dust some flour and take one ball, roll it on rolling board as thin as you can. Place a tortilla into the hot pan and cook for a minute on one side, flip and cook for 30 seconds on the other.
* Step 3
Place these tortilla wrap in a damp cloth.Take a pan and place the prepared tortilla wrap in the pan. Press slightly and roast it from both sides till the golden marks appear.The homemade Tortilla wrap is ready.
