Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add water, vermicelli,oil and boil it for 10 min.on low flame.now drain it.
* Step 2
In a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves
* Step 3
Add peanut, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot
* Step 4
Add peas, chopped tomato, salt
* Step 5
Add turmericpowder,red chilli powder, tomato ketchup
* Step 6
Mix it well.and cover with plate for 1 min. On low flame.now open the lid.now add boiled vermicelli
* Step 7
Add peanut mix it well.vermicelli pulao is ready.
