Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all puncture the green chilli.In a pan place the green chillies and roast it evenly on all sides on a medium flame.which will take around 2-3 min.once the chillies are evenly roasted.take them off the pan.now in a morder take the roasted green chillies
* Step 2
Pound it into a coarse paste.once done,scoop it out in a bowl.
* Step 3
Now add grated ginger,add onion,add salt
* Step 4
Mix it well properly.now Mizo Chilli Chutney is ready.
