Whosayna’s GoondPaak

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pound goond coarsely if they are big but not powdered, then fry them in ghee, keep aside.... in the same ghee roast flour and sooji till pinkish brown colour and aroma arises, add jaggery, stir until it melts.... add evaporated milk, mawa do not dry it then add nutmeg and cardamon powder mix well then remuv from flame.

* Step 2

Add fried goond mix well then pour on tray.... Use flat back of steel bowl to level the goondpaak.... sprinkle almonds, pistas, poppy seeds and fennel seeds press with the bowl..

* Step 3

Cut squares and let it cool down, remove squares and keep in airtight container
