Whosayna’s Veggie Pie

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

..... In a wok braise onion til golden brown colour, add tomatoes and spices braise til forms a paste add sauces and veggies cook little should be roast type... keep off flame.... Roll puff pastry to size of medium sized casserole or pie moulds to the rim, and spread over casserole or pie moulds.. Poke all over and bake in oven on 200 C, till nicely browned up... Let it cool down spread mashed potato and level it

* Step 2

Now pour veggie mixture, roll puff pastry to same diameter as casserole or pie mould, put over veggie mixture, poke with fork or slash with sharp knife so air escapes while baking, glaze with beaten eggs and bake in oven on 200C, remove from oven and serve...
