Whosayna’s Beef Burgers

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Patties: mince all ingredients except eggs and slices of bread. Add eggs and slices of bread and mix well... mek arnd 7 big fat patties can use round cutter to give flat ends dein fry on nonstick pan with 1 tbsp oil, kip med flame Press it with skillet so that it does not shrink... Turn over when one side done... Lay ol patties on greased tray can keep cheese slice on top then grill it on high flame....

* Step 2

Bun: Make paste: mix cornflour and milk well keep on flame then stir as it strts boiling add oil when it's thick paste like remove and cool it.... Bind bun dough: mix dry ingredients very well add paste and bind to soft dough then knead it, if paste is over can add water. Keep dough in a big bowl and cover with cling film.... Let it fully rise punch back and make 7-8 balls and flatten them. Keep on greased tray, brush with beaten and sprinkle sesame

* Step 3

Let it fully rise then bake in oven on 200°C til top browned up cn tek 20-30mins....
