Mini fried patties

On Thursday's we eat them! Delicious and simple, everyone loves it!

Ingredient

500 grams

ground pork

500 grams

ground beef

1 large

egg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the pork and the beef together.

* Step 2

Chop the parsley and the garlic, add them and mix. Then put the egg (unbeaten) and mix again until fully integrated.

* Step 3

Add the milk and once it has been absorbed and do the same with the bread crumbs.

* Step 4

Make small balls, flatten them and coat them in the flour.

* Step 5

While making the patties heat the oil in a large frying pan. Taje them out once they are slightly golden.

* Step 6

They can be eaten hot or cold!
