Flamed Grilled Chicken Livers

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together well, excluding the livers.

* Step 2

Add the livers and coat well in the marinade. Leave in the fridge for 4 hours or preferably overnight.

* Step 3

Heat the barbacue grill. Skewer the livers and cook for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked through. Turning the skewers around a couple of times to cook evenly.
