Lemony Green beans
Recipe found on Jamie Oliver's website.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl add salt, olive oil and pepper then the zest of one lemon and half of its juice. Mix well.
* Step 2
Bring to boil a pot of Salted water and add the beans. Cook until tender. Drain the beans well. You can also choose to steam if you prefer it.
* Step 3
Add the beans to the bowl and toss everything together well. Squeeze the other half of the lemon if you think it needs it.
* Step 4
Serve warm or cold. If you want to serve it cold, you can make it up ahead but only combine the dressing and beans right before serving because if they are in the dressing too long they will discolour.
