Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Warm up in a pot the oil, celery, the onions and the carrots cut in small cubes.

* Step 2

Add the meat, salt and pepper. make it coloured.

* Step 3

Pour a glass of wine and make it cook medium fire till the liquid is gone.

* Step 4

add the tomato sauce, a pinch of salt and sugar. Let it cook for 1:30h low fire mixing time by time.

* Step 5

Preheat the oven 200°C.

* Step 6

Lay a oven paper layer in the baking pan and put the first layer of lasagne, stripes of cheese on it and pour a layer of ragù. Put bechamelle on and cover with another layer of lasagne.

* Step 7

Make another layer as before: cheese, ragù and bechamelle. Cover with lasagne.

* Step 8

Cover the top with ragù, bechamelle and with grated parmigiano cheese.

* Step 9

Wrap the pan with alluminium foil and put in oven 200°C for 30 minutes.
