Lemon preserves

This is a must to create some Moroccan cuisine. It adds a unique, zesty and exciting flavor to chicken, fish and pasta dishes as well! Once you try it, you will find a lot of ways to use it in your recipes!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Quarter the lemons without cutting them all the way through.

* Step 2

Add a healthy amount of salt, you really cant add too much.

* Step 3

Put them in jar one by one and press down to release juice. Fill it all the way to the top as pictured.

* Step 4

Put it in your fridge and leave for one month.
