Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the steak in long stripes (like the picture)

* Step 2

Crack the eggs and remove the yolk and put the white of eggs in a bowl.

* Step 3

Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl

* Step 4

Take the steak and put it into the white of the egg and then into the breadcrumbs

* Step 5

After they're finish, put oil in the fry pan and fry them until they got golden color.

* Step 6

Serve them with mayonnaise or mustard or lemon depends of the taste you got.
