Cream puffs/ churros

Ingredient

1 c

milk

1 tbsp

butter

1 tbsp

vanilla

3/4 c + 1tbsp

flour

2 1/2

eggs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat milk butter sugar and vanilla until boiling stir continuously

* Step 2

Add the flour in one go

* Step 3

Mix on med heat until it comes together

* Step 4

Using hand whisk whisk for a minute until smooth and combined

* Step 5

Add eggs one at a time (I added 2 then a half)

* Step 6

Put into pipping bag and then

* Step 7

For churros - fry in oil until golden on both side

* Step 8

For éclairs/ cream puffs put into oven of 200°c for 15 mins

* Step 9

Then reduce to 150 for 30 mins leave to cool on cooling rack until cooled completely and then fill
