Cooking instructions

Wash and slice your green tomatoes on the thinner side.

Then dip floured slices into milk
* Step 4
Next coat slices in bread crumbs
* Step 5
Get your oil heated and ready for frying. Place a few of the coated slices into oil and deep fry until crisp.
