Healthy veggie roll

#bdfood I just developed this recipe with zero oil and zero carb. This is tastier than I expected, sharing my new venture with you for a very healthy Iftar choice .

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend the boiled chicken breast, mix with mayonnaise, salt and pepper

* Step 2

Mix this with crushed beetroot and Kale separately

Take the egg flat bread for making roll

Add a layer of green, then beetroot, then chopped onion and green chilies

Place onion, chili over it

* Step 6

Fold two sides of the bread first

Start rolling, the sticky chicken paste should be placed at one side to stick the roll tightly.

Cut the roll and enjoy. No cooking required.
