Amritsari paneer tikka

#masterchef #goldenapron This is so yummilicious starter recipe of Amritsar which is too easy to make and also quite similar to paneer pakodas. But these are shallow fried where as paneer pakodas are dip fried snacks / starters.

Ingredient

Food ration :

10 minutes
250 gms

paneer

1/4 tsp

carom seeds

As required

Salt

1/5 tsp

water

4 tsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the paneer into cube sizes.

Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Add lemon juice in it.

* Step 4

Then add the water slowly in it to make a batter which is not much thick.

Marinate all the paneer pieces in it.

Heat a pan and put oil in it and then shallow fry the paneer pieces on both of the sides till golden brown.

Repeat the process for all the paneer pieces.

Now your Amritsari paneer tikkas are ready.
