Red Velvet Whoopee Pies

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift together flour, soda, sugar, and salt.

Add cocoa.

* Step 3

Mix vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, vinegar, buttermilk, and food coloring

* Step 4

Add flour mixture to liquid mixture.

* Step 5

Blend well

* Step 6

Drop my tablespoon into a greased baking sheet.

* Step 7

Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes

Allow to cool fully

* Step 9

Place one tablespoon of cream cheese icing between two red velvet cookies

* Step 10
