A delicious healthy Chicken McNugget

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre heat oven 425.Cutt up your chicken into cubes. Season the chicken. Get out your meat grinder and start loading the hopper.

Get your dry mix ready. Corn meal, flour, and salt. Mix 3 eggs in another bowl with a little bit of water. Grease a baking pan and start this process.

Roll chicken into little balls . Then dip in eggs, roll in dry, eggs, and then dry. Put on baking sheet and push down on chicken balls to flatten into McNuggets.

* Step 4

Place in oven and cook 8 minutes each side. Remove and enjoy
