This is a very yummy alternative to ice cream packed with protein from the Greek yogurt. A snack u can feel good about eating or serving the kids. 50 calories per sandwich

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Line 9" square pan with foil
* Step 2
Arrange half of Graham crackers in 3 rows of 7 peices on bottom
* Step 3
Spoon strawberry puree into large bowl
* Step 4
Stir in yogurt, whipped cream, vanilla
* Step 5
Spread over crackers and then top with remaining crackers
* Step 6
Freeze 2-4 hours and then transfer to an airtight freezer safe container
