Healthy Kale Chips!

Healthy Kale Chips!

Tried these for the first time today, and they are a really satisfying snack!

Ingredient

1 bunch

of Kale

1 tbsp

Olive Oil

1/2 tsp

Paprika

2/3 tsp

Salt

1/4 tsp

Black Pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F

* Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

* Step 3

Wash and dry kale well

* Step 4

Cut stems of kale and chop into bit sized peices

* Step 5

Add all your kale into a mixing bowl and add in all the ingredients and coat the kale well, use your hands if you have to!

* Step 6

Spread out evenly on parchment paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes until desired crispiness!

* Step 7

Enjoy!
