Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First pressure cook potatoes when it is done smash potatoes nicely and keep aside.I have made a paste of ginger garlic and green chilli by adding together.Next heat a pan add oil and add mustard seeds when it starts spluttering add curry leaves,ginger garlic and green chilli paste and saute till raw smell goes off.Next add add spices turmeric red chilli,hing and mix well and saute for a minute.
* Step 2
Next add smashed potatoes and chopped coriander leaves and mix the stuffing nicely with the masala. Next take a small bowl to make batter for vadas add besan along with salt,turmeric, red chilli,and hing.
* Step 3
Make a smooth batter for coating vadas,make small size balls of the stuffing and deep one by one into besan batter and deep fry till it becomes golden in colour.
* Step 4
Serve hot vadas with pav or you can enjoy without pav also along with red chilli dry chutney
