Sweet and savoury salad

I didn't have anything prepared to take to work for lunch today so I just threw a few things from the fridge into a plastic bag and hurtled to the office. Turns out that what was thrown into the bag made a really nice lunch!! Here's the recipe.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 mins
1 dash

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the fresh ingredients. Take the hard outside artichoke leaves off so that you are left with the softer heart. Peel the kiwi.

* Step 2

Cut and arrange on the plate. First the lettuce, then the artichoke (cut in thin wedges), the kiwi, the onion, the turkey and finally the coriander leaves.

* Step 3

Add salt and pepper, oil and vinegar and enjoy!!
