Ingredient

Food ration :

250 gm

besan

1/2 tsp

ajwain

to taste

Salt

1/2 cup

dahi

1 tbsp

jaggery

as needed

Oil

as required

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take a bowl and add besan and Dahi..

* Step 2

And add all spices, chopped onion and jaggery.

* Step 3

And add oil for Mon.and add water and mix it well..

* Step 4

And makes thick dough..like paratha dough..

* Step 5

Make a balls medium size.

* Step 6

And rolling thepla..

* Step 7

Take a tawa on gas and add thepla and pour oil on thepla saute till light brown and saute other side.

* Step 8

And serve hot with masala Dahi and chutney..
