Cheesy Chicken Thigh Teriyaki

I always put cheese on top of my usual chicken teriyaki because my daughter loves it. I came up with this on the spot.

Ingredient

3 tbsp

★Sake

1 tbsp

★Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the chicken thigh into 3-4 pieces. For more details on preparing the cooking chicken, see.

* Step 2

Once the chicken has finished cooking, add the ★ ingredients and cook on high heat while coating the chicken with the sauce.

* Step 3

Top with cheese and cover with a lid until the cheese melts. Serve on a dish and garnish with parsley.
