Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sieve dry ingredients and keep it aside
* Step 2
Beat egg and brown sugar until frothy
* Step 3
Add Milk, oil dates, apple,cinnamon and banana. Blend well
* Step 4
Add dessicated coconut, mix well
* Step 5
Add flour, mix gently until just combined
* Step 6
Fill 2/3 of prepared muffin tray or mould
* Step 7
Bake for 15-20 minutes until done in preheated oven at 180
* Step 9
Sprinkle brown sugar or cinnamon sugar-optional step
