My Skillet Corn

Frozen corn beats canned corn any day of the week. And it’s a perfect substitute to fresh corn cobs. Perfect taste of garlic and that cheesy goodness will make you fall in love with this recipe everytime! It'll probably become a staple side in your house as well.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1-2 bags

frozen corn

4 tbsp

butter

1 tbsp

sugar

1/4 cup

sour cream

3 cloves

garlic, minced

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place corn in a colander and rinse with cold water until ice is no longer present. Shake off excess water over the sink.

* Step 2

Place corn and butter in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat.

* Step 3

Sprinkle sugar over corn and stir until butter is melted and corn is hot (about 5-6 minutes). Do not over cook.

* Step 4

Add garlic, sour cream and parmesan. Stir till combined.

* Step 5

Season with salt and pepper.
