Mushroom Ravioli with Spinach

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Start the water to boil for the ravioli

* Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil on medium heat

* Step 3

Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms, cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring

* Step 4

Add fresh spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes. Cook until the spinach wilts

* Step 5

Salt the boiling water and cook the ravioli

* Step 6

Add the drained ravioli to mixture, the evoo, and stir. Set to medium-low heat to warm up

* Step 7

Season with salt and pepper to taste
