Hot Jalapeno and Garlic Relish
After a few days, the heat is toned down considerably. Very tasty as a substitute for regular relish. Mix and match different peppers, just be aware of their heat index when doing so
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut off stems on peppers and discard stems
* Step 2
Throw all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a finely paste texture
* Step 3
Refrigerate in an air tight container for three days, then serve
