Edamame Chicken Salad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prep: julienne carrots, zucchini, squash. Clean and press garlic.

* Step 2

Cook and dice chicken

* Step 3

Heat Edamame and water in micro cooker for 3-4 minutes on high. Drain and cool completely.

* Step 4

Combine almond butter, oil, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic. Mix well.

* Step 5

Toss vegetables, cooked chicken, and beans. Chill 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

* Step 6

Sprinkle with green onion and peanuts.
