Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add potatoes, sweet potatoes, and carrot
sliced into a large pit with veggie broth. Bring
to a boil and boil just until potatoes are tender.
Add zucchini and squash. Boil 1 more minute.
Remove from heat, top with green onions and
parsley. Serve and enjoy!
